Service Agreement
Depending on the services, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our consultants and service techs keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your call. Work logs/ticket details will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing each case. We only bill you for as long as a repair/service requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs a service charge, parts/equipment replaced including accessories (batteries, cabling etc.). Billing will be emailed to client who have a service account with us. Payment is require upon completion of services for all new customers
